As a veterinarian and epidemiologist trained in statistical and mathematical modeling, Renata bridges biomedical and mathematical disciplines in her research and teaching. She holds a DVM degree from the University of Zagreb in Croatia, an MSc in Veterinary Epidemiology from the University of London in the United Kingdom, and a PhD in Comparative Biomedical Sciences from Cornell University. Renata is a Professor of Epidemiology. She is a co-director of Cornell’s Combined DVM-PhD Degree Program and an Associate Director of the Cornell Institute for Digital Agriculture (CIDA).
