Katherine (Kat) earned her Bachelor’s in Animal Science from Michigan State University and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University. Her research draws from skills and experience in quantitative analysis, epidemiologic modeling, and dairy science. She is a PhD student in Epidemiology at Cornell University, researching One Health in the context of dairy cattle population medicine.
