Eleni studies antimicrobial use and stewardship in dairy cattle and assesses the human health risk associated with antimicrobial-resistant foodborne pathogens. She has BS in Animal Science from the University of Vermont and MPH from the University of Buffalo. Eleni is a DVM student at Cornell’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
