Congrats to three new graduates from the Ivanek Lab!!!
Joie (Zeqi) Li graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences, a concentration in Computational Biology, and a minor in Business. In our lab, Joie pioneered a hashtagmachinelearning method, equation learning! Her honors thesis was “Deriving and Analyzing Deterministic and Stochastic Computational Models for the Transmission of SARS-CoV-2 Virus with Novel Application of Equation Learning.” She is moving to NYC to start her MS in Biostatistics at Columbia University this fall!
